Scotoberfest Fall Ceilidh โ€” Celebrating Our 50 Years!

โ„น๏ธ Our Scotoberfest Fall Ceilidh, and this year it marks the Band's 50th anniversary โ€” 1976 to 2026. An afternoon of pipes and drums on the riverfront at Boot Hill Dock 7. Tickets $5 at the door; under age 5 free. Come and celebrate fifty years with us.

๐ŸŽ‰ All afternoon, 1:00 to 4:00: haggis tasting, a kids' activity corner, raffles, door prizes, sales, a cash bar, the “50/50 For Our 50th” raffle, and music from Cilla Skrade, Matt Shortridge and Zach Pflederer.
๐Ÿช Shortbread contest. Judging at 2:00; entries must be registered and in place by 1:45. Judged on taste, texture and appearance, with one winner in each of two categories โ€” traditional and flavored. One entry per contestant per category. Entries must be 9×13″, 11×17″, 8×8″, one dozen cookies, or an 8×10″ mold. No entry fee, and the leftovers are shared.

Robert Burns Supper

โ„น๏ธ A Burns Supper honors Scotland's national poet with an evening of Scottish cuisine, poetry, whisky toasts, and music. The Band held one every January for many years; these days we host one occasionally rather than annually. Check back on this page โ€” that's where we announce it when a supper is planned.
